Highly recommended! This realtor was very communicative, approachable and honest! She went the extra mile to research the building and strata docs as well as Monte’s of the council meetings.

Dana Styk is invaluable as a Realtor, as she was a contractor, so she can readily point out areas that need improvement and cost effective ways to make those improvements. Moreover, as a mortgage broker, she is current in her knowledge of securing a pre-approved mortgage. Best of all, she is personable, honest and a realist.
